Boston Motor Werks has always met my expectations for servicing my BMW X3. The owner offers detailed explainations on the work reccommended by email including photos. For someone who is not well versed in car repair, this style of communication is very helpful for understanding the work being done and reason why it is needed. All interactions with the owner have been direct, professional and friendly. I have recommended Boston Motor Werks to many friends and family members because they offer a high level of service in an inviting atmosphere.

I've been going to Boston Motor Werks for years. Rob takes incredible care of my family's cars. They do high quality work, using factory original parts, and highly reliable and ethical. Very fortunate that his shop exists--a true gem.

Rob's shop was recommended by a friend who has been using the business for years. He diagnosed the problem (wheel bearing was going out) and took care of the issue. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the bearing and how it was affecting the car. Will be bringing my car there to get serviced next time.
